To fight Diabetes

October 15, 2008 SAVANNAH, GA -- This Saturday, October 18th, River Street Riverboat Company will be taking a very important step in the fight against diabetes. We will be joining 200,000 participants across the nation and the American Diabetes Association's Step Out: A Walk to Fight Diabetes. Step Out is a fundraiser, benefiting the ADA's mission: to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by the disease.
With the walk just days away you can still make a difference! Make a monetary donation to sponsor our team. I know times are tough and wallets are pinched, but a donation of $10 is just as appreciated as one of $100. Please keep in mind that all donations are tax deductible and go directly to support the research, education and advocacy efforts of the ADA.
