HARBOR CRUISES

Cruising year round

Description:

This narrated cruise takes you north on the Savannah River under the Tallmadge Bridge and into the port area, where you will learn about the Port of Savannah’s importance, both past and present. The Captain then turns the boat around and the cruise heads back south toward River Street where you will continue to learn about our beautiful historic city. Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to the one-hour cruise.

LUNCHEON WITH NARRATED HARBOR CRUISE

Can be arranged year round

Boat opens for boarding passengers at 12:00 pm

1:00 PM Departure – 1 ½ hour Cruise

Description:

This cruise is truly a two-for-one deal! Enjoy a sumptuous lunch aboard one of our beautiful riverboats, while listening in on the captain’s  narrated tour of the lower Savannah River. Come ready to relax and learn while you feast on a delicious southern buffet as you cruise along the scenic waterways of coastal Georgia.

Learn something new:

Add to your lunch experience a little “fun-cation.” Join our Executive Chef for a demonstration on how to craft one of our most popular appetizers. After the cooking demo, each participant can enjoy an appetizer portion of this delicious local favorite prior to the scrumptious southern luncheon buffet.

DINNER ENTERTAINMENT TWO-HOUR CRUISE

Description:

Enjoy a delicious buffet dinner featuring local low country cuisine as you listen to live southern-style entertainment. You’ll tap your toes or boogie on the dance floor to Pop, Beach, Motown and of course, Rock & Roll! For those who need a break or would like to feel the vibe of the city, you can venture out onto our third deck and capture the amazing evening view of one of the most famous waterfronts in America.

SUNDAY BRUNCH NARRATED SIGHTSEEING CRUISE

March through October

1:00 PM Departure – 1 ½ hour Cruise

Description: 

One of our most popular cruises is a two-for-one special! You’re invited to enjoy all of our breakfast and lunch options aboard one of our spectacular riverboats while attending to the expertly narrated tour by the boat captain. Come ready to relax and feast on a delicious buffet while cruising up and down the fascinating lower Savannah River.

MONDAY NIGHT GOSPEL DINNER ENTERTAINMENT CRUISE

April through October and select Mondays in December

7:00 PM Departure – 2 hour Cruise

Description: 

Ready for an authentic southern cultural experience? On Monday evenings our beautiful riverboats are filled with the uplifting sounds of genuine southern gospel music performed by one of the finest gospel choirs in the Low Country, AND a bountiful buffet of classic southern supper dishes. A cultural and culinary experience you don’t want to miss!

SUNSET CRUISE

April through October (check for availability)

7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

The dusk hours are a magical time to be out on the water, and a Sunset Cruise is simply the best ending to a busy day! There is no better place to watch a Savannah sunset than from the top deck of a riverboat in the middle of the river!  The winds calm to a gentle breeze and the setting sun paints the sky with a palette of hues that seem almost unreal. Order from our new menu featuring a variety of delicious house-made appetizers and small plates. Sip from your favorite cocktail, craft beer or a glass of fine wine while listening to cool music as you cruise the historic Savannah River.

You can charter just one deck or the entire ship, and our planners will help you create a truly unforgettable event. Each of our dining decks is fully equipped with a dance floor, bar, buffet, podium and sound system. Savannah Riverboat Cruises gives you the opportunity to customize details such as décor, entertainment and menu. Choose from either 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm or from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Your guests will mix and mingle with cocktails while enjoying a riverboat cruise along the historic Savannah Harbor. Our event planner will work with you to plan food stations, displays and the serving of hors d’ oeuvres. Your customized cruise is sure to be a huge success and the highlight of everyone’s visit to our beautiful city.

With grilled chicken, fresh spinach and cherry tomatoes in a white wine olive oil sauce, served with a choice of toppings, including grated parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper

Penne Pasta Primavera

Fresh grilled seasonal vegetables tossed with penne pasta and our house made roasted red pepper cream sauce (vegetarian)

Local shrimp sautéed in a rich, spicy cream sauce, tossed with shell pasta and chopped green onion

Sweet Bites Station

End on a sweet note with a delicious selection of southern desserts including Georgia Pecan Pie, Banana Pudding Shots, Peach Cobbler with fresh whipped cream, Key Lime Pie and an assortment of gooey cake bars.

Bar Services

Each deck has a full service bar. Groups may choose a cash bar so that if any of their guests would like to purchase beer, wine or alcohol it is available. Groups may also choose to provide all or some of their guest’s favorite libations you may choose a hosted hourly bar, drink tickets or a bar based on total consumption. We will also work with you in personalizing a special “welcome on board” beverage.
