Savannah Riverboat Cruises has diverse options when it comes to enriching your students! If you’re looking for an event that is fun and educational, our narrated sightseeing harbor tour is the perfect opportunity for an exciting day outside of the classroom. The 600 passenger Savannah River Queen and the 1,000 passenger Georgia Queen are outfitted in early 1900’s décor, allowing students to get the feel of the river just as our forefathers did decades ago. Students and teachers alike will enjoy our Captain’s narration as he points out areas of interest along the historic Savannah River. Our educational tours meet the Georgia Core Curriculum Guidelines for Georgia History and Savannah History. All of our narrated sightseeing cruises can be upgraded to include lunch!
Or, give your students a memorable night and chance to let loose after a busy day of sightseeing by booking one of our moonlight cruises; it is sure to be the biggest hit of your school’s trip! These cruises include a DJ and can be upgraded to include dinner, snacks or a dessert display.
